Need Help?
A message appears on my smartphone when I try to connect to the Beekee Device Wi-Fi?
This message means your phone is connected to the Beekee Device's Wi-Fi, which isn't connected to the “global” internet - just check 'Don't ask again for this network' and press 'Yes' to stay connected.
My smartphone automatically disconnects from the Beekee Device or switches to my mobile data—why is this happening?
Some smartphones have a feature that allows them to use both Wi-Fi and mobile data to access information on a network (be it the internet or a local network) if one connection is poor. To use only the Beekee Device Network and prevent your smartphone from switching to mobile data, thus ensuring effective use of the Beekee Device, you’ll need to turn off the mobile data on your smartphone.
