Account Creation
Automatic Account Setup: As soon as you purchase a Beekee Box or Beekee Hub, we automatically create a Cockpit account for you. This account is your gateway to managing your devices.
Account Information: You will receive your login credentials via email or through the purchase process. Keep these details secure for future access.
Accessing the Cockpit
Visit the Portal: To access your Cockpit account, go to https://cockpit.beekee.ch.
Login Credentials: Enter the credentials provided to you by the Beekee team. If you encounter any issues logging in, our support team is ready to assist you.
Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard displays a list of your Beekee devices. Each entry includes:
Device Type: Whether it's a Beekee Box or Hub.
Description: A brief overview of the device, helping you to identify them easily.
Current Status: Indicates if the device is online (active and connected) or offline (inactive or disconnected).
User Settings
Accessing User Settings: On the device list page, click on the user button located at the top right corner. This will take you to your personal profile settings.
Update Personal Information: Here, you can easily change your password, name, and email to keep your account up-to-date.
Signing Out: For added security, you can sign out of your account from this page whenever necessary.
Device Management
Click on any device in your list to view more detailed information. This action takes you to the individual device page.
